Project overview

Flesk Electrical carried out the full electrical installation for the Department of Social Protection offices at Fairgreen, Mallow, as subcontractor to JF Flynn Construction.

The fit out included ESB meter relocation, a new main distribution board, containment, general services, lighting and emergency lighting, fire alarm, disabled toilet alarm, data, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control and wiring associated with the mechanical services.

Flesk coordinated with the main contractor and design team on programme, builders’ work drawings and RFIs, and liaised with ESB, telecom providers and existing DSP occupants to integrate new systems with the first floor and basement. All systems were tested, commissioned and handed over with full O&M manuals, warranties and certification, including IS 3217/3218 and I.S.10101 compliance.
