Flesk Electrical delivers complete electrical installations for new builds refurbishments extensions and specialist fit outs. The team provides containment power lighting distribution and associated services from initial design review through to commissioning.

Typical scope includes electrical containment trunking tray conduit and supports sub main and power distribution general services and small power lighting emergency lighting lighting control and power and control wiring for mechanical services. We work on offices hotels schools industrial buildings and public facilities ranging from single floor refurbishments to full campus developments.

Flesk coordinates with main contractors design teams and client facilities managers providing technical submittals programme input and full commissioning documentation and certification.

Industrial and process installations

Industrial work is a core part of the Flesk Electrical service. The team delivers complex installations for manufacturing plants distilleries joinery factories and other heavy process environments.

Maintenance and support

The Maintenance Division at Flesk Electrical has been operating for more than twenty years and provides planned maintenance, responsive call outs, compliance inspections and specialist testing for public, industrial, commercial and hospitality clients. The division supports facilities that operate seven days a week and require safe, reliable and fully documented electrical systems.

Ongoing maintenance for Garda stations, hotels and public buildings means clients see fewer surprises and have clear records for every inspection.

Flesk Electrical currently supports a significant portfolio of buildings and critical public assets including Garda Stations across Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Tipperary, the Blasket Visitor Centre, Killarney Driving Test Centre, Valentia Coast Guard Station, Tralee Government Offices, Met Éireann Observatory at Cork Airport, Munster Joinery and several hotel groups.

All work is completed in live environments with minimal disruption, using out of hours scheduling where needed. Flesk operates a clean-as-you-go policy, protects sensitive areas, manages isolations and permits, and ensures noise is kept to a minimum during public or operational hours. This approach is detailed throughout the public sector project documentation in the PQQ and is applied consistently across all maintenance clients.

Compliance, reporting and certification

Maintenance services are fully supported by documentation and compliance evidence. Flesk issues all required certification including RECI certs, periodic test reports, emergency lighting logs, fire alarm reports, PAT records and O&M updates. Reports include photographs, prioritised remedials (C1 C2 C3), and clear recommendations.
