St Brogan's College : Extension & PV

Project overview

For the St Brogan's College extension in Bandon, Flesk Electrical acted as main contractor and PSCS for an electrical upgrade focused on LED lighting, emergency lighting and PV installation.

Following a detailed site survey and handover to the operations team, Flesk decommissioned and safely removed existing fittings and installed new DALI:dimmable LED luminaires controlled by PIR/photocell sensors. Illuminance levels were measured before and after the works, and redundant equipment was disposed of in line with WEEE requirements.

The project also included an 18:panel roof:mounted PV array (approx. 6 kWp) and EV charging. All works were completed to ETCI/IS 10101 wiring rules, IS 3217 and IS 3218, with RECI, emergency lighting and fire alarm certification plus full O&M documentation.
